School to make DVD

You may be aware that we have been filming in school over the last few weeks. Mr David Hewer, husband of Mrs Hewer, our childcare teacher, is currently studying for a BA in Moving Image Design.

Mr Hewer says: "I'm currently in my final year of studying a BA in Moving Image Design. One of my major projects this year is to produce a promotional DVD for Bradford Christian School. In pre production I worked alongside Mr Walker in discussing the purpose and requirements of the video. Primarily it is intended to promote the school to parents looking for the first school for their children (age 4 or 5), but it shows many aspects of the school right through the years.

"This project fits my university requirements very well and gives me excellent experience. It is also wonderful to work in a Christian environment, and for a worthy Christian purpose. I hope after I have finished my degree to continue serving God by using the gifts he has given me."

We understand that some parents may not wish for their children's faces to be shown on the DVD. We have not started editing the material yet, so please inform the office if you do not want your child to feature in the DVD.
