Primary Scarborough Trip 2004

Primary are having our annual trip to the seaside on Thursday 15th July. We will be spending the day at the North Bay, Scarborough.

Transport

We will be leaving school at 9am and returning for 5pm. The children will be travelling by coach and minibus

As in previous years the children will be allocated to an adult in the ratio of 1:5.

Things to remember

Please send your child to school in clothing suitable for the weather on the day and remember sun hats, sun block and a towel etc. They will also need a packed lunch and extra drinks both in disposable containers. Please also administer any medication they may need for travel sickness before they come to school and also apply sun cream.

Children are allowed to bring buckets and spades but please name them with a permanent pen. There is only a small shop close by so there will not be an opportunity to buy anything more than a drink / ice cream etc, so a maximum of £1 spending money is allowed.

Cost

The cost of the trip is £7.50 per child. We would be grateful if this could be paid by Friday 9th July as we have to pay for the coach in advance. Please send the money into the office with the permission slip below as soon as possible.
