Mr Philip Moon, headteacher will attend all governing body meetings but cannot be a governor due to charity regulations.

The main function of the Board will be:-

1. To ensure that the aims of the school are adhered to.

2. To oversee business and financial matters.

3. To appoint staff.

4. To direct the development of facilities and curriculum.

5. To determine future planning and development.

6. To have responsibility for the spiritual direction of the school.
