Creating pages

When you click a 'pink link' to create a new page, it comes with a default 'template' that looks something like this:

Please create a page for [Page Name].
 ----
 Related pages:
 Category: [ ]
 Author: xxx
  1. Replace the first line with your content (including a 'Web links' section as necessary)
  2. Enter one or more Link Words to appropriate pages in the 'Related pages' section
  3. Enter one or more categories: eg [PE], [ICT], [English]
  4. Enter your login name, eg Mr Kershaw as the author, so visitors can click your name to see your page (and links to any other pages you've authored).

Safety

"Including images of pupils on the school web site can be motivating for the pupils involved and provide a good opportunity to promote the work of the school. It is important to balance the potential risks of including images of pupils on the web site against the design principles of creating colourful, attractive and relevant pages, as the school, heads and governors would do with any publication."
