Autumn Poems 2004

Class Two have been into the playground to collect inspirational words for autumnal poems.

They put their words into the poem maker.


The trees and there leaves were especialy shiny.there bark was wet and smooth.I was inside it was now fun I would rather play out.

in autumn the leaves are golden yellow green and brown and scrunchy in winter they are cold and grey the air is cold and in the next season it is hot and the leaves are green and the sky is blue and the birds are hopping on the trees in the next season the flowers are out.

I went outside felt thetrees were wet the opposite tree was dry. then it began to rain. I felt the cold autumn air and the wet slippery floor.

leaves are shiny green and smooth and bright or rough they are yellow to and brown and red they have crackly leaves to as it rain they have to have it over again.


the leaves were brown scrunchy wet and slippery and they had little tiny eggs underneath
