Poems About the Seasons
Summer Breeze
The summer breeze is soft and cool,
And everybody's paddling in the paddling pool,
We're having a great time as the sunlight gleams
And people group in their tennis teams
Now I'm very hot,
So I'll go and get a drink -
A cocktail I think!

The Autumn Wind
The Autumn wind moving about,
The leaves rattling round,
The flowers all going to sleep
Leaves crackling on the ground.
Everyone loves the Autumn time,
With its nice strong breezes,
Although it's raining all the day,
And everyone nearly freezes.

Seasons
The winter wind
Is like an elephant's sneeze,
Autumn is crackly as can be,
Spring is full of colourful flowers,
But my favourite is summer -
Beautiful as can be.

The Winter Wind
The winter wind is strong in Scotland.
Sometimes when I'm walking and it is cold
The powerful wind bites my cheeks.
Sometimes fierce blizzards
Push me over.
Two years ago the wind was so strong
It blew the fence down
At my house.

Summer
Strong warm breezes,
Sun shining brightly,
The flowers are popping up,
We make daisy chains in the sun,
Fun, fun, fun.

The Wind
The Spring wind is calm and cool
The summer wind is warm,
The Autumn wind is powerful
And wipes the leaves off trees.
The wind that I like most
Comes after our Christmas gifts -
It freezes things
And puts the snow on mountains
The winter wind, our New Year gift.

Autumn Wind
The winter wind
Is cold and wet,
The summer wind
Is sweet,
The spring wind
Is marvellous
And makes us stop
And listen.
But the wind I like the best
Is powerful,
Blows leaves
Off trees,
Makes us fall
On our knees,
Every leaf
A different colour
In the autumn wind.
