Class Three Wales Trip 2003

Glorious Food

Here are some of Class Three's favourite memories from their trip to Wales.

At first I thought that Cornish pasty wasn't nice because I hadn't tried it before. But when I did try it, it was delicious and I loved it. We had the Cornish pasty quite late so I was starving. On the second day we had a choice of spaghetti bolognese or sausage and mash. I chose sausage and mash. We had tea normal time the second day. Francesca chose spaghetti bolognese and she was really funny she had 6 portions and she was a tip (she was all messy around her mouth)

Class 3 on Stage

We had a concert and first one up was Chick chick chick chick chicken lay a little egg for me by Fiona, Olivia, Francesca, Yolanda, Emily and Soriya and next was a caring show about children caring for each other, then Naomi and Joy. Naomi was a squirrel and Joy was a wolf and Katriona was a rabbit. It was about friendship. Then the dwarfs played by Ben, Conner, Jono and Micky P. Next up was Winnie the Pooh show by Chloe, Becky H and Becca L which was good. We played chubbie bunnies and had a blast. Mr Scully got 11 in his mouth.

Concert

It was ace when the conert started. First up it was the chicken dance. The people what did the dance were: Soriyah, Olivia, Yolande, Emily, Francesca and Fiona. All of them are my friends then there was a show by Katriona and Joanna. I thought it was good but not the best. Then there was a break wall we got ready. We did a little puppet show. It was with Winnie the Pooh. I was Eyeer Rebecca H was Winnie the Pooh and Becca.L was Tigger.

West Beach

On Wednesday Class Three of Bradford Christian school went to the West Beach of Llandudno. We split up into 3 or 4 groups some went to the play area some went to do games with Mr Scully and some went with Mrs Barton but the group with Mr Scully went to the play ground. Rowan Ben and Connor played soccer and Mr. Scully was filming us after a while Mr Faucetts-Jones joined in and after a while he went with Mrs Barton in the sea-side. Then we went back to the house.

Concert

"Chick chick chicken lay a little egg for me" song. by Fiona, Francesca, Yolande, Soriyah, Emily and Olivia was the first show.Then it was the caring show by Joanna and Katriona. Next it was" friends and how you lose them" show by Joy and Naomi then it was" Sound of the underground "song by Joy, Naomi and Katriona. Then it was the dwarf show. It was funny by Conner, Ben, Jono, Michael and Toby. After that it was the "Winnie the Pooh puppet "show by Chloe, Rebecca H and Rebecca Latz. "After it was a little quiz to see if we was listening to the puppet show"."Then we sang, 'He made the stars to shine with Mr Scully. After that we had the story of "Little leopards become big leopards."

The Tram Cars

The tram cars were built by tlurst Nelson of Motherwell.The cars are plain but strong. They are built from timber with steel reinforcing plates. There are four trams and they operate in pairs. Cars 4 and 5 on the lower section and cars 6 and 7 on the upper section.

The Orm Tram

We stayed at a house called the Beach Team House. The tramway was on a road called Church Walk's. The tram was on one side of Church Walk's. On Wednesday we went up the Orm on a tram to a station called halfway house.Then we got on another tram to the very top. When we got to the top we found a telescope and then we all scrambulled to the telescope. Then after that we went to the park. We played in the park for a while. Then we came out of the park and we came down on the tram and when we got down and we had some lunch at the house.

The Glorious Food

The food was nice and I liked the spaghetti bolognese. Francesca and me we ate five bowls of it. The chef was Toby's grandad.

We all enjoyed his food. We liked it but I didn't like it when Fiona was being silly. We all got our mouths dirty but we had quite good table manners. We had a point for that. We liked the food very much. The food in Llanduddno.
